Each item has a certain set of prerequisites that must all be met in order to return said item. Returned items must be in their original condition: no scuffing or used on court and must have all tickets. Original box must be present with shoes.
No Credits or exchanges on Clearance Items (discounted 40% or more), strung racquets, damaged product.
